John Melendrez

Account Manager

John has over 15 years of recruiting experience.  He learned the blocking and tackling skills of recruiting by running a full-service desk for one of the US’s most successful manufacturing and engineering contingent recruiting firms.  He also has over five years of corporate recruiting experience.  Whether your clients are internal or external, the key is building strong business relationships and delivering top-tier candidates.

He has enjoyed working at Titus Talent, where everyone is driven toward the common goal of “Wowing” our partners.  He has enjoyed managing and mentoring new consultants to ensure we get the right person in the right seat the first time.

Outside of work, John is an avid fan of the Chicago Bears and the Chicago Cubs.  When he isn’t watching or attending sporting events, he spends time outdoors with his wife, traveling, attending concerts, or umpiring baseball games.

Ben Murphy

Sales Director

Ben Murphy loves sports.  As a former football player and coach, he brings a lot of what he learned on the field to lead our sales team at Titus Talent.  His passion is leading people and working with others to achieve their goals.

Faith, family, and friends are a priority for Ben, as well as helping others.  He takes great pride in serving our Partners and sitting on their side of the table as he works alongside them to find the best talent solutions.

Even though Ben wishes he had the superpower of flight, he would never “fly away” from Titus – he knows he couldn’t accomplish anything without the entire Titus team and their shared vision, mission, and values.
