As we celebrate Daniel Mormann's 10-year anniversary with us at Titus, we take a moment to reflect on his remarkable journey and the incredible contributions he has made to our team and beyond.
When Daniel Mormann joined Titus Talent Strategies ten years ago, he was drawn to a model that starkly contrasted the traditional, cut-throat world of contingent recruiting. He found Titus’s approach refreshing. It wasn’t about just making money; it was about serving both candidates and clients in the best possible way. Our people-first, partner-focused model resonated deeply and solidified his decision to build his career here with us at Titus.
Daniel feels that he’s found a place where he can continuously build and innovate, and this consistency has been a driving force throughout his journey. He started as a consultant, handling hands-on recruiting when the company was just 17 people working out of a small office. As the company grew and went remote, he adapted, taking on account management, sales, team leadership, and regional leadership roles. Currently, Daniel leads the integration of technology and quality in our processes, a role he finds both challenging and exciting.
Reflecting on the many memories from the last 10 years, one of Daniel’s favorites is the iconic Progress 2021 trip to California. During this trip, Daniel’s adventurous spirit shone through when he took a leap off the high dive. Despite the neck soreness that followed, the experience stands out as a highlight.
Outside of his professional life, Daniel is passionate about spending time with his family, which includes his wife, and 2 children, the absolute joys of his life. He enjoys being outdoors, golfing, cycling, running, and competing in triathlons, having completed two Ironman races.
As we celebrate Daniel Mormann’s 10-year anniversary, it’s clear that his journey is marked by growth, integrity, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. Here’s to many more years of making a lasting impact!
