The 4 Phase Hiring Process
Phase 1: THE SEAT
1. Create A Performance Profile
- Clearly define 3 key performance objectives the person will need to accomplish by year one.
2. Develop a strong Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
- “Why would a top performer want to leave their current role and come over to your organization?”
3. Create the "WHY" Document
- A branded marketing document that quickly states why a candidate would want to consider your company.
Phase 2: THE SEARCH - Passive Candidate Approach
We split the candidate pool between the active candidates who are searching and the passive candidates who would be open if you reached out to them. A-players don’t often apply for jobs they are currently doing, so clients hire us to bring them the best of the best who are already performing at high levels.
Phase 3: THE SELECTION - Overview & Quality Scorecard
Once we have a pipeline full of A-player candidates, we begin a structured interview process. To understand the whole person, we create a Candidate Portfolio and Quality of Hire Scorecard to assess each candidate consistently and carefully.
Phase 4: THE SUCCESS
