10 Year Titus Anniversary: Kris Hamilton

The Beginning of a Purposeful Journey 

Kris’s journey with Titus began over a conversation with our CEO, Jonathan D. Reynolds. With a friendship spanning over 26 years, their discussion naturally led to Titus. Although Kris initially hesitated, Jonathan’s passion for creating a company built on integrity, excellence, and a commitment to helping others ultimately convinced him. What drew Kris in was Titus’s mission to disrupt an industry he saw as tired and broken—bringing a blend of business acumen and authentic client partnership that he found irresistible. 

Defining Moments and Lasting Relationships 

A defining moment for Kris was a conversation with Ben Murphy, where he was encouraged to envision his future with Titus. This conversation reinforced his belief that Titus was not just a workplace but a community that genuinely cared about his growth and career progression. Kris was given the space to leverage his unique abilities, fueling his passion and enabling him to thrive. 

A Journey of Growth and Leadership 

Starting in recruiting, Kris quickly transitioned into sales, leveraging his consultative approach and business coaching background. As one of the early hires, he learned the ropes and became a leader in growing teams within construction, architecture, and engineering sectors. Kris’s journey has seen him evolve into a member of our Senior Leadership Team, where his strategic insights and empathetic approach continue to shape our company’s direction. 

Living Out Titus Values 

Kris is passionate about Titus’s commitment to being “For Profit. For Good.” He believes in creating missionaries, not mercenaries—cultivating a culture where people are treated so well they become advocates for our mission. His vision for the next decade involves Titus becoming a one-stop-shop for all things related to people, engagement, and culture, helping businesses and individuals thrive together.

Winning the CEO Circle multiple times stands out as a significant achievement, but Kris’s true pride lies in the lifelong relationships he has built—both within Titus and with clients. His ability to sell a service he believes in wholeheartedly and the impact of the Catalyst Fund are accomplishments that fuel his passion every day. 

Beyond Titus 

Outside of work, Kris is a devoted family man, drawing strength from his faith and cherishing time with his wife and children. His love for the outdoors—whether running, hiking, or soaking in the beauty of nature—reflects his commitment to a balanced, healthy life.
