Danielle Torrez

An experienced B2B marketer and seasoned entrepreneur, Danielle has led organizations in multiple industries from entertainment to healthcare and has now found her home in hiring and people development. She joined Titus Talent Strategies in 2021 and advanced to become Senior Director of Marketing.  

Under Danielle’s leadership, Titus Talent’s marketing team has grown significantly, both in size and impact. She has spearheaded initiatives that expanded the Titus brand, showcasing their expertise in talent acquisition and people development. Known for her creative vision and data-driven strategies, Danielle has elevated Titus Marketing into a powerhouse of innovative campaigns, thought leadership, and client-centric solutions.   

Along with her current role at Titus Talent, she regularly speaks at conferences, universities, and entrepreneur centers to share inspiration and industry insights with tomorrow’s movers and shakers. 

When Danielle is not building people and business, she’s building family with her husband Gabe and their four children in San Antonio, TX.
