Celebrating 10 Years at Titus: Aaron Chaltry

Ten years ago, Aaron was introduced to Titus Talent Strategies by Ben Murphy, a trusted friend and former teammate. With a solid foundation of trust from their shared sports days and college years, Aaron made the leap that would lead to a remarkable decade at Titus. The guidance from leaders like Ben, Peter Hahm, and Chris Perras, alongside a shared vision, cemented his decision to build his career at Titus. 

Although Aaron joined without recruiting experience, he brought ambition, a drive to learn, and an eagerness to take on challenges. Titus saw his potential, and he quickly turned obstacles into opportunities for growth. Each promotion came with more responsibilities, and Aaron embraced them as chances to excel. 

Aaron’s journey at Titus has been anchored in the company’s core values: humility, grit, and being relentlessly relational. These principles shape both his work and leadership style. Cultivating meaningful relationships, both within Titus and with clients, has been central to his success. 

One of his favorite Titus memories is the team trip to California for our annual Progress celebration. The event provided a great opportunity to connect with both new and existing colleagues, and it helped him build lasting relationships within the company. 

Outside of work, Aaron enjoys bow hunting, fishing, boating, and spending time with his family. His personal passions and the influence of mentors and family continue to drive his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. 

As Aaron celebrates 10 years with Titus, we honor his contributions and the impact he’s made. His journey is a testament to grit, relationships, and a relentless drive for success. Here’s to many more years of growth!
