Beau Johnson

Beau brings 20 years of leadership experience to his work with The Table Group. Beau helps CEOs create healthy organizations by building cohesive leadership teams and creating strategic clarity. In his first three years at the Table Group, Beau worked closely with Patrick Lencioni to design products, tools, and services to help change the world of work. Together, Pat and Beau worked with organizations large and small. You can regularly hear Beau on the Table Group podcasts with Pat including “At the Table with Patrick Lencioni” and “The Working Genius Podcast,” one of the fastest growing business podcasts.

Before working at the Table Group, Beau applied Patrick Lencioni’s models inside of several large organizations and start-ups. Beau’s Working Geniuses are Invention and Galvanizing. He loves working with leaders to design and orchestrate a plan that creates a company with high impact and enjoyment.

Beau is on the board at George Fox University and at Rockside Ranch, a residential program for young men that creates life restoration on a working ranch. Beau lives in Northern Utah with his wife and children.
